At Evolve Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, offering a 14-day return window for unused gear in its original packaging. If your new board or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to skating as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Await Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original Evolve box, including all manuals, chargers, and tools, to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the board, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
