What is the typical range of an Evolve electric skateboard?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most of our boards offer between 15 to 31 miles on a single charge thanks to our high-performance lithium-ion batteries.
How long does shipping take for new board orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do Evolve skateboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Evolve skateboards include a 12-hour limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials to ensure your ride is protected.
Can I ride my Evolve board in the rain?
While our boards are water-resistant, they are not waterproof. We strongly advise against riding in wet conditions or through puddles to prevent damage to the electronics and bearings.
What is your return policy for accessories and boards?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that boards that have been ridden cannot be returned for a full refund due to safety and resale regulations.
Are the boards airline-approved for travel?
Most of our standard boards exceed the 100Wh limit set by airlines. However, we offer specific 'Travel Battery' kits for certain models that are compliant with most airline regulations.
